Tiny white or cream colored specks on your leaves. It looks like someone was spray-painting near your plants and the wind drifted the paint. You may notice webs on your leaves. If you turn a leaf over to see the underside, you may notice the mites. They look like tiny specks of dirt. A magnifying glass is helpful.
Some folks say they have good luck killing them with neem. For me, it slowed them down, but it stank and burned the leaves a bit. I don't feel like giving a blow-by-blow tonight. It is enough to say, my last grow was a disaster!
This grow, I saturated the seedlings and soil with "Garden Safe" Fruit and Vegetable Insect Spray. It worked! I sprayed about twice a week for 3 weeks. NOT A MITE IN SIGHT!!! I am few weeks into flowering and it looks good! This stuff was far gentler on my plants than neem. - Granny:hippy:
I seen a small web at the base of the plant last night so i ran to get some mite killen stuff i ended up buying Garden Safe brand fruit and vegetable insect spray . I figured it wouldent hurt but i noticed a little browning on the tips of one of my plants maby i used it way to much ?( every houre for 6 hours i drenched it) but to be sure i figured i would post a pic here to confirm . I havent noticed anything under the leaves just little brown spots on some of the leaves and that small web with now is gone.

Took it outta the sunlight too, just lettin it marinate. Let me know the status of your plant too and ill let you know mine incase shit goes wrong. Also you said u drenched it every HOUR... eek! dont think thats a good idea bruh, keep it in moderation... just a thought
that garden safe either works really good or the drentching works ..... but either way i have seen no more signs of thase dam mites but now the plants need to just recover a bit :weedpoke:
