HOW DO I GET FRESH AIR IN?

the grow room is 48" x 48" x 70"high with a supa nova 600w(very warm)so there is a 4" ext fan .where's the best place to put it and will this be enough.also will a simple 10 x 10 louvre vent get enough air in .
one idea i had was to just put some ducting near the eaves of the roof as there is air coming in BUT will it travel up the pipe about 3 mtrs ?

vent the hot air from the fan in 2 the roof , with a couple of eave vent n a whirly bird , that will reduse fan noise , that u can notice any way , put a vent threw the wall or floor get the cold air down low , if u r run n a filter on the fan work s a treat , many thanx
