i think games like that are funner when you have to rebuild everything and all that junk..im not too sure because i never played this game, but usually account games are like that..i know swg and other games i play online are like that.

FFXI is an online game, not just a regular RPG...

and no it's not funner having to build back up >.< i've got so many ridiculous hours worth the work ahead of me.... i spent atleast 50+ MIL getting to where i was... >.< making a hundred k an hour is unheard of... :mad:

i wish i never sold it...

well i had put in alot of work... 60 rdm, 49 whm, 29 blm, and 20 on most other jobs, 59 woodworking, 29 alchemy, 20 blacksmith, 10 goldsmith 10 fishing and a few smaller others, most missions completed, most quests for abilities completed... basicly you couldn't get there even if you played 24/7 for months...

i got just under 90 bucks...

it's not a way to make money, just some compesnation should you decide to quit

um... ffxi is a bit diffrent then any other ff... matter of fact, make that way diffrent...

the game never ends, there is no one that can reach 100% complete, and that's a fact... shit if you bust your ass, you might be able to get lvl 75 in 6 months, then you got another 17 jobs to level...

then of course there's 8 diffrent crafting, of which, takes more money then time.... one craft to get to 100 would take millions upon millions, or months upon months worth the work, working 24/7...

then quests and missions... and they are ALWAYS updating shit...

I could never get into games like that. But the new DOOM took me a while to get through when it came out. However my guilty pleasure is the SIMS and ZOO Tycoon.
