I'm new to this site, just wanted to see if theres many other peeps in Memphis on here. Well I grow tha shit out of some great bud over here Arlington every year. Any other growers out there? Well hit me back.

this past year I grew two differant types- a great one called Jamaican Pearl which is perfect for TN's climate and then I set up a small greenhouse and grew some Shiva Skunk but sadly it was a bit to hot for those and I spent so much time trying to keep them from drying out it wasn't really worth their yield. I will definently be growing Jamaican Pearl again and I am considering several others to try out. How about yourself?

i have only grown bagseeds, however i have had some good results. i might buy some dagga or early cambodian from cp for next season. where do you get your seeds from? that jamaican pearl sounds pretty nice, and i would like some jamaican pot. do you have any pics of your crop? my crop pics, from last year, are in this forum if you haven't seen them yet.

I get my seeds from Sensi Seeds and you can get Jamaican Pearl on there. I used to only grow from bagseed. I've only bought seeds online the past 3 seasons. Sorry no pics. Your plants looked real nice. If you get seeds off-line take into consideration how hot and humid it gets durin the summer here. Get ones that originate from a country with a lot of heat. So where in TN are you? In the city or out on some land?

i am in a city unfortunatly. the dagga strain i am thinking of buying is from africa and is said to be very mold resistant. i wish i had some land so i could grow without worrying about people ripping me off, and i could buy some dogs and start my breeding program. have you checked out the other forums? i have not seen your posts in any other forums. usually this forum is very empty. i guess there are not too many other growers in tenn. do you like the beatjunkies? i do.

That dagga strain sounds like it would do good. I got about 9 acres where i live so I can grow without worrying a whole lot about anything. No this is the only forum I've posted in, I was hopin to meet some good connections for things from people who live around here. I have a few other hobbies I cant grow myself. ha. Yea I like the beatjunkies. So did you have a pretty big variety this last season since you used bagseed?

i had a huge variation between plants. two were quite indica dominate, one was very sativa dominate, and one(the best) was a nice cross of the two! one of the indica dominate plants smelled like coco and had a mild high, while the other smelled like skunk. the cross had an undecribable smell and taste(piney, minty, skunky, pefume) and the high was intence. it was also the second largest harvesting plant. the sativa (the largest harvest for the year) plant was also quite potent, although more than half of the plant had a problem, and was robbed of thc. i think it was a drainage problem.

9 acres huh, that sounds pretty nice! in arlington? i think i may know where that is.

luckly i have no habits other than pot, although i do indulge in other substaces.

Yea thats one reason bagseed is pretty fun to grow, you never know what its really going to be like until its beein growin awhile. My stash from last harvest is completly out as of new years eve. which sucks ass. Yea Arlington is about 20 mins east of memphis near the Wolfchase Mall (not sure if you've heard of that its just tha only big thing around).
And hobbies probally wasnt the best term to use in my previous post, more like every now and then I'll just go ballls to the wall and use something constantly for an entire weekend and then not touch the shit for a couple months. ha
But like you said this probally isn't a very hopeful place to meet to many connections seeing as how me and you are the only peeps who post anything.
And hell yea man if you aint to far from memphis i'd love to smoke with you sometime.

hey jacob, i am also out of my homegrown. i've been looking forward to this season for a while now, but i may not be growing any this year. unfortunatly, i got busted for possession this december. i just got back from seeing my lawer, and was told i will be drug tested for my entire year of probation! i was sooo pissed!! i may still grow to sell, but i'm not shure yet.....i was thinking of comming to memphis too. god damn the f**king tenn. drug laws! i got busted near memphis; a suberb that, from what i hear, is very strict. keep safe jacob

Damn man thats a real bitch. I've had to do 6 months drug testing for a possesion charge awhile ago. Let me know if you need help passin your test caz I smoked constantly durin probation and didn't fail a single one. How much did you have on you? What suburb were you in?

ya, a year does sound pretty steep...huh? i would like some info on how i could pass a test. i only had a gram or two, and was caught in collerville.

shit man collierville is the worst place you couldv'e got caught around here. The cops there are real dickheads. Collierville is only about 15 minutes from where i live but luckily arlington has no city cops just a few old redneck county sheriffs who drive on the same routine patrol like once a week. Shit man I'm still suprised you got it that bad tho, since it was such a small amount. I had over an ounce and just got the 6 months unsupervised probation. Then I went to a class n they took it off my record.

Hey! I'm from memphis, I don't grow, mostly cuz I still live with my parents, I don't buy that often either, although I would like to more, but I'm so scared of being ripped off, besides I have friends who are major stoners and I smoke with them alot. But I still would like too find some legit people to buy from around here. My brother normally can get the good shit, but he lives in New Orleans. I'm also shy that I make one of my friends who are fearless do the transaction, I give them the money. I'm sure smoking weed doesn't help the fact that I'm naturally paranoid.
