Whats Wrong??!!

Ok my plant has been the same as this for about 1 week now and it still hasnt grown any leaves!!??

The pic is way too blurry, unless someone knows without needing to see a pic, I'd change it.

Its the best pic i have, basically it has been growing for a week on my window sill and it is about 1/2cm tall, the seed has still not come off of the plant, is this bad or what shall i do?

plant another one,it will outgrow that 1 in a few days if u germinate it right...or you can try and tweeze the seed off the plant but i dunno how well that will work...
