The second set of leaves on the stem, second up from the soil... you know, the first set of jaged ones that grow after the seedling leaves do? Well these leaves are starting to turn sulky, saggy, and weak. Could over watering be a possibility?
My plant has about 6 sets of leaves now by the way.

My webcam wouldn't pick it up... but the leaves curl inward a little bit as well.... I have a keen eye for this shit.

Leaves that are drooping from underwatering will look limp and lifeless.
Leaves that are drooping from overwatering will be firm and curled down, even from the stem of the leaf.
how tall are they? we need more info

They're 7 to 8 inchest tall. They both seem now to be sheding their second set of leaves... you know, the second two that come out of the plant when its first growing? The ones that are jagged and not in a cluster.

Bottom leaves will fall off (and should be trimmed off as the plant matures) get a soil moisture meter check yuor moisture. You want to water till there is run off. Then not water again till soil is dry- slightly dry. the roots will thank you for it. also if there were nutes in your soil as in Miracle grow sometimes if a root hits a nute patch the corresponding leaf will curl.
