What are some Diseases that are common and easy to fake?

I am trying to skip work for a few weeks just to blaze with my homies. I wanna make up a disease or a virus or something so that I can skip work. I know food poisoning is an easy one... but I can't miss a whole week on food poisoning LOL...

just have someone call your boss and tell him that you've been pulled in to the psych ward for 48 hour observation (for some reason i've never been able to understand, 48 hours of observation takes 3 days). not only will you get a few days off, chances are that no one is going to be too nosey about the whole affair and the added plus is that everyone at work will probably give you a wide berth for a while.

lol. take responsibility... thats a good one. well im running my own residential painting business and I am a 2nd year in college. I am not doing it for the money but the experience. I used to play a lot of internet poker and I've made and still am making decent money there. In a way I work when I want, but I don't want t dissapoint my boss. He already knows I smoke, I'm gonna smoke with him this summer.
