Hey guys I have a question and I was thinking it would get answered more quickly if I posted it here. sry that it doesn't belong...

Anyway, is it safe to work out a day after doing X? I'm just a bit worried, because I can feel some pains in the back of my neck and in parts of my back...

Based on my experiences with other substances (never worked out after rolling though), I would say its a good idea and can help offset the down. If its safe, I do not know. But I would imagine your biggest concern should be dehydration, so if you make sure you drink water while your rolling (or OJ....mmmmm......) you should be cool.

I wouldn't want to go to work the next day, I always planned to roll friday night so I have time to space it out. It really depends on your experience and the purity. Just stick to 1 or 2 rolls of high quality rolls, you would be more or less good to go. Take some benzos or seroquil afterwards to knock you to sleep before you go to work.

No it doesent. that is a misconception because of a test they did once, they were testing what x does to the body so they drained some of the spinal fluid for testing, adn they blamed that on x asweak.

I don't how much you were moving........

but I bet anything it's from you dancing or moving around too much. Sounds like muscle fatigue to me.
