Sparkling Kush?

I just recently switched dealers because price and the bud is better. I started out with an amazing zip of granddaddy purps, then i got a zip of what he called hindu kush , and everytime i smoke it (doesn't matter what it's out of) small sparkles and pops like fireworks go off inside the bowl . The bowls seem to stay cherried a long time, and instead of the bud going from greens to brown to ash , the bud just burns up to ash. I just wanted to know if this could be something put ontop of the bud (aka something that is going to do something to me) or if some bud just does that.. Thanks

I've smoked a great deal of Hindu Kush...and that never happened.

i think its seeds as well, popping noises usually accompany seeds
