I actually think you are seeing a variegated plant... cool. It's a harmless mutation.

whats a "variegated plant"?.........so u think all looks good? they hit soil 4/15....

Variegated= pigmentation in the leaves is uneven in places... I've even seen plants with albino patches.
Get a better pic thought o be sure it isnt something else
