What happens next!?!?!?!?

I'm into my third day of germination... When the hell am I supposed to plant the seeds? Some are already sprouting. I have a total of 23 seeds.

I'm a beginner grower, so I just don't wanna fuck things up.

Also, do I plan one seed by itself or is it possible to plan a few together?

when you see a root just start to come out of the seed you should plant it in soil and barely cover the seed with soil.
would just put one seed per pot, if going directly in the ground wich is not really a good way to start seedlings you could plant several but would space them out a little so each plant will have plenty of room to grow.

I planned on starting with those tall red plastic cups that most college kids use for beer pong. I was gonna fill each with some nice soil, but only one per cup. I was only gonna plant it about 0.5-1 inch below the very top of the soil. Once I see them start growing, I will transplant them into pots out on my balcony.

A few of the seeds already have a little white root sprouting so I might as well go put them in some soil right now along with those cups.

thats probably a little to deep wouldnt plant more than a 1/4 inch deep just make sure you punch several holes in the bottom of the cup for plenty of drainage.

I'm guessing I should probably put the cups into some kind of container, to catch the drainage. Am I correct? I shall punch some holes in the bottom of the cup right this instant.
