Bringing plants indoors

Ok, i have some feminised Shaman plants, at about 3/4 weeks veg. I was wondering if it would be ok to bring a couple of them inside to flower under a 400w HPS, while the rest grow outside. Would it have any negative effects do you think?

I've read that bringing plants indoors after putting them outdoors is a good chance of spider mites.

i wouldn't be that worried about contamination, as we don't have any other plants indoors at the moment. It was more light issues i was wondering about really...
