Sorry, I had to repost on a more active category. 13 views, no replies on the other category I posted on.

Well, I've read reviews on Amazon.com for many books on growing Cannabis, but I'm still not sure which one I should get, if I get one. Plus, it's the fact that some people post reviews to put it down on purpose, even without reading it, or out of plain ignorance. Also, some people post good reviews (5 out of 5's) for books so that they can promote it. So reviews on Amazon.com aren't really always accurate. But anyway...

Out of experience, for whom this may concern, which is your favorite book on growing Cannabis, and why?

Also, price does matter somewhat :-P. Thanks for the help in advance.

Well, your reply came a bit too late. I didn't think anybody would post here, so I decided to buy two. I bought Grow Great Marijuana, and The Cannabis Grow Bible. I did post this in the "Growing Lounge" originally, but 13 people viewed it, and nobody even bothered giving a simple reply. But, I'm confident that since I have two high-rated books on it, that I will be pleased. Grow Great Marijuana is supposed to be more of a step-by-step book, and The Cannabis Grow Bible is supposedly more in-depth.

Anyway, thanks for your reply at least.

I never saw the question but here are my two favorites. The Grow Bible by Greg Green and I like Marijuana Horticulture by jorge Cervantes although others don't like it. Some people really like books by Mel Frank but personally I'm not crazy about him

Cervantes, meh. I prefer a little more intellectual approach...
I responded in the thread that was posted in the correct place but apparently wasn't getting enough attention for your taste. All this double-posting crap is wearing thin. You can't grow cannabis without patience...

Ok please understand that this is not against mfgr in any way. since he's only the last in a very long line.....I too am sick of the double posting bs.....it's getting very rampant not to mention against the rules and I agree with Stinky that this is a forum.....not 411.....everybody gets upset that people don't answer them right away or say what they want to hear. Stinky is right.....PATIENCE!!!!!

Indoor Marijuana Horticulture by Jorge Cervantes is a nice book. My girl got it for me a couple days ago its like 500 pages with a wide spectrum of grow knowledge and 100's of pictures. Stinky have you read this book? Its alot more detailed then his videos. Weres the other thread at so I can see your recomendations stinky? lol

mfqr you just gotta have patience when it comes to people responding to your threads , most people will only respond if they have a answer to your question. Hell my grow thread has close to 4000 views and only prolly 50 people has responded , most just like to watch. Voyeur's maybe. lol...

Rootdoctor you got it right.....alot of the titles don't accurately reflect what the thread is about so you read it and discover its not the topic you thought it was. People do only respond when they have an answer. Do you really want to read thirteen "I don't knows?" And by this title alone.....are you asking us or telling us what the best book is? Don't know till you read......
