Waterfall Bong help/questions

I recently found out the general concept of a waterfall bong and rushed to make one. I used a regular water bottle, poked a pencil sized hole near bottom, and made a tinfoil bowl for the top of the bottle.

For some reason it seems like alot of the smoke it just floating up and only a little is going into the bottle. And also how big should the hole be? with the one I made the water drained out in like 10-seconds.

I think the watter fall bongs are lame and would rather set my herb on fire on the beach than use the waterfall bong. but it sounds like you need a bigger hole and it could be your bowl is pluged. It should only take about 5 seconds for the water to completely drain the water from a 16 oz. bottle:pimp: :pimp:

dont be dumb dont use a plastic bottle or tin foil you'll mess up your brain and lungs. just use a sobe bottle and the hole should be the size of your pinky. practice with paper intill u get it right but dont inhale the paper. k.

would a downstem make a big different and you think it could be accomplished with alluminium foil? lol im low on resources atm XD

You need to find a socket, everyone that has tools should have one. They're cheap, they work and should be free (lol). Get one, clean it out and use that for a bowl. Aluminum foil is stupid to use. And if the bottle is not filling with smoke you might not be using enough weed.

Like orangeman said, use a socket. Tinfoil wont work because it isnt that airtight and most of the air wont get sucked into it. ur usin the wrong materials i would suggest a trumpet mouthpiece or ratchet for the bowl then some how poke the bowl thru the bottle cap that way the natural srew cap can make an nice tight seal, afterwards burn a small hole about the size of a pencil hole into the bottom of the bottle, for a screen you should use a sink screen, fill the bottle with water, light then get high

my advice is to go buy a slide bowl for a bong from a head shop. it'll be like 5-10$, and i hate to say this, but unless you already have one, you need it. just melt a hole in the cap, slide the bowl stem into the hole (use a rubber O ring if you can get one from the head shop) and you are good to go.

also, if you have to use tin foil, you shouldnt be smoking weed, go get a job.

How are they lame man. There cheap, easy to make and get you as fucked as any other method of smoking does. More so than a lot of them do.
