curious if folks have recepies taylored to a more mellow affect to cannabis; i know that food in the first place serves this purpose, but for those of you that use cannabis regularly, and perhaps work or study or whatever on it, do you have recipes for a more mellow affect? teas perhaps?

Sometimes but It's more so a music thing for me. I do know that I can't eat after smoking before class.I start and I feel like I can't get full. What do you do mate?
