how is it calculated. By the amount of the watts cfl uses or by the amount of watts that cfl emit. English aint the best.
SAMPLE: ill buy 20w cfl, it emits energy worth of 80w. Which number i use ,when i calculate?

use the wattage that the light emits not whats it worth in incandescents- use the 20w number
