they dont sell blunt wraps around here anymore, so i order them from Rolling Paper Warehouse: Cigarette Rolling Papers by the box at Warehouse Prices (http://www.rollingpaperwarehouse.com) they've always been good with my stuff..

Have you tried buying papers? Because I know at least one smoke shop (the tobacco kind, not the weed kind) that will sell you papers underage but not tobacco products...

And I think if you buy online, the shipping might be more than the papers, although I haven't looked...

i buy blunts for $0.65US or sometimes they have em for $0.50 I don't buy papers as often but usually like a couple bucks for a pack.

i live in montana.. they're also banning diffusers.. pffft
