Starting 12/12 GOT MY LIGHT!...NEED ADVICE : )

I need some help! I have 2 females that i've had in my bathroom vegging since the end of August. I'll post a pick of both of them.
Now i want to keep one in my bathroom and keep it vegging for my clones, and i want to start the 12/12 with the other.
Which of the 2 should i start with the 12/12??? :confused: :confused: :confused:
I just got my 400 hps lamp delivered yesterday!! YiPPEEE :D
I'M SO HAPPY I COULD SHIT! ...ROFLMAO!
ALSO i have a few clones that are starting to take off in soil, should i put them under the hps light or keep'm under my florencents in my bathroom?

I would like to keep one of my females in veg, if i put both under the hps does that mean i can't take anymore clippings from them???

I've got the one with the smaller leaves under the lamp..its healthy looking but the leaves are kinda small, gonna see what happens under the hps???...lol
once its under the hps can you still take off clippings as long as its not yet the 12/12 cycle?
