ok in the constitution it says every Americans has the right to pursue happiness as long as it doesn't interfere with the rights of another, well what makes u happy chemically is when dopamine gets released into the brain, and that intern is how u become happy well weed does exactly that. When you smoke with a friend or by yourself i don't think that is conflicting with nobody else's rights, so maybe this could be a good argument for trying to make it legal so ya. o ya ppl who read this tell me if im dreaming or not if this approach has already been made or nething thats shoots my idea down. Or up. hehe well later (keep smoken ppl and spike politicians food with weed!, maybe if they like it they might try to legalize it) peaz.

Drugs Are Illegal Because The Muthafuckers Sellin It Are Shootin Eachother Up And Shit So Possesion Is Really Illegal Due To The Violence Associated With Drug Dealing.. But I Think It Should Be Legal To Buy Bud In Stores And Smoke It With A Friend. That Doesnt Hurt Nobody They Should Do That And Lets The MuthaFuckers With The Real Drugs (Narcotics) Hide From The Cops

But I Think It Should Be Legal To Buy Bud In Stores And Smoke It With A Friend. ^^not very smart. there are multiple reasons why weed is illegal. One of the best reason is taxation. They can't tax it because it can be grown anywhere.

Taxation is one reason why i think it should remain illegal. If they taxed the shit out of weed the way they tax the shit out of tobacco I would cry...:wtf:
