View Full Version : Siderman 3....don't cry emo boy
So I saw spierman 3 last night and I was stunned. It was like a big emo fest. Every time characters talked about emotional issues they would cry. It was actually funny at how often the characters cried. They cried over everything! They all acted like little babies.
Also they overused retarded one liners that have been outdated since the 80's. Venom was the biggest disapointment of all for me...he looked like the black suited spiderman with a computer generated big mouth that looked horrible.
I'm glad I saw the movie and I don't consider it a waste of money that I saw it, but I will never watch that movie again. ever.

A few people at school were going to see this. I must be the one of few who sees the pure cheesiness behind these Spider Man movies.
I saw the first one, it was okay, but I watched it again a few weeks ago, and seeing it twice really shows you how cheesy and lame these movies are. They're chick flicks and kiddy movies to me, so nah, no thanks.
I didn't bother watching the second one, and the third one looks like a pile of shit. No offense.

That assessment is 100% accurate. From the beginning, I laughed out of the sheer emoness. I'm glad I didn't pay $9, and viewed it from my computer instead.
I think i saw the first one when it came out - i dont know why though. It was too child like for me, like, i dont know how to say it, but as though it's just intended for the younger auidience, that put me off them so i dont know about the 2nd or 3rd. I wont be seeing them though.
I like blood, weed and pussies in my films. I like a lesbian weed smoking slasher film. What's better?

I saw Spiderman 3 too, and i was pretty much shocked how lame that movie was, everybody were laughing during the drama scene, it was horrible.. the everyone just booed the movie when it was over.
I heard they are gonna make spiderman 4... i hope not..

For this movie only, please support piracy. Download it instead of shelling out $9 bucks to see it. Plus you can smoke weed while you see it, cuz you are going to need it!!!!!

spidey 3 was not so bad that I wanted to leave but it was a bit wussy. put the first 20 min and the last 20 min together and you have a good film. you can't hate though, its a comic book movie... i'll have a little CHEEZ on my nachos thank you. peace

Everyone I know that saw it said it sucked lol. I was talking to my friend while he watched it online and I GUESSED everything about the plot(well not everything but the basic outline, and the "twists"), and got it all right lol. I might watch it eventually but everyone just kept saying how much it sucked.

The emo scene was funny but way too long. Spiderman had a double chin.

(*spoiler*) Oh best part, I went to the midnight showing with my buddies and obviously its a great crowd. So when Harry and MJ kissed some guy in the front row yelled "whore." It was hilarious.
haha right after that part when MJ was walking away some guy in the front at my theater sad, "now why you gotta act all pissed off after you do something stupid like that" The whole theater cracked up. Im glad the theater was crowded when I saw the movie because people's commentswere the best part of the movie for me.

Even weed didn't make this piece of shit enjoyable.
What it needed was Kirsten Dunst naked, if you ask me.

i didn't think it was that bad actually (spidey's #1 fan here)... but to tell you the truth i didn't like the end... and the whole 3 movies should've stuck closer to the comics... like for instance, Gwen Stacy was actually Peters first love, she died on the bridge during the battle between spidey and the Green Goblin, in the comics that was an even bigger turning point for spidey than the death of his uncle Ben, then he meets mary jane... also, venom isn't some half assed enemy... he's spidey's GREATEST most vicious enemy (except from the original Green Goblin, who comes back to life) so he atleast deserves a whole movie to himself to torment spidey, he knows all his secrets and makes his life hell, i mean... it was called "The Venom Saga" for a reason... he also always refers to himself in the plural (we, us, etc.) because the alien symbiote has an actual personality...
*****SPOILER ALERT*****
Green Goblin (Harry or his father) would never team up or help spiderman...
although it has happened, it is only because someone threatens Green Goblin more than spidey does... even then he always has an ulterior motive and would still try kill spidey when the threat was dealt with... so to have them team up was rather un-realistic and disappointing (from a fans point of view)...
saying that tho, i still enjoyed the movie and the sandman scenes were visually awesome, but i had to remind myself, this is movie land not comic land, things are bound to be different.
p.s. to all those complaining about crying... you would too if that was your life so SHUT THE HELL UP.... and if you say you wouldn't cry when your best friend dies to save your life for you then your full of shit, cuz i sure as hell would.
p.p.s. the Original Green Goblin Lives!... VVV

half the people here don't know shit about spiderman anyways, if they did they would be pointing out all the comic-to-film errors that the makers did and there would be a huge uproar about how they strayed too far from the original storyline... instead they complain about how much crying there is over the deaths of characters close to the lead characters... but Venom did deserve a whole lot more screen time... aswell as a more monster-ish sounding voice.
if you ask me you people spend far too much time complaining, spiderman is an allround movie, it's got action, drama, romance, comedy, i mean... wtf did you honestly expect when you walked into the cinema... a fuckin hack n slash horror flick?
meh... think i'll go watch it again :D

Not at all but when I got home from seeing 3 number 2 was just starting on the tube.....a MUCH better flick in my eyes. More spidey action from beginning to end.

i wont argue with that, in my mind spidey 1 was the best of all 3... but i still don't discount spidey 3 as pure crap just cuz it wasnt what I expected.... and believe me, i expected more than anyone else ever did.... i've been a spidey fan since i was knee high and i garuntee NO-ONE on this forum knows more about him ;)
