I've been growing now 8 northern lights plants. They are about to start their 5th week in flowering. My issue is when to cut out nutrients in the plants. How will I know when the plants are 2 weeks from harvest? I would assume that at this stage in the plant the two indicators would be trichomes and color of the bud.

Well most of the time people do judge by trichomes when they are ready, but rather they look ready or not people usually flower Cannabis with a maximum of 8-9 weeks...longer if they want to. But usually people flush their plants 2 weeks before that time. If trichomes are looking mature before that time then you'd have to just try to do what you think is good for you.

My NL's, as I remember, wanted to come in @ about 70 days. But yours will probabley differ.

When you're sure that they're as ripe as they're gonna get and you can't wait even one more minute- you're about two weeks from done. :)

Oh yeah, and a heresy-

I don't flush. I just don't overfeed.
