Well i woudl just recoment to " feel it out" and see what he thinks about it just talk about things like his idea of leagalization and eventualy slip in if he would care if you ever smoked... if he says he would care deeply just keep it secret, if not your in for one kick ass ride!

Well the only reason I asked your age is because your dad may think you are to young to smoke and therfore it would make it a bad idea to tell him you do.

You could be like "Well, I bought some, but I inhaled the fumes from the paper that it was in, and spilled the rest, and inhaled molten plastic fumes."

If he doesn't care that you smoked, he'll probably be like "LOL. get some, and I'll show you how to do it right" and for all you know, you guys could end up smoking, and you'll actually get high. Maybe he can teach you how to roll a joint. ;)
