Kottonmouth Kings are hit and miss for me... I do like some of their stuff, but some of it makes me want cringe. They did put on a really good live show when I saw them awhile back though, good atmosphere and almost enough herb to put me in a coma.

I used to be really into them. They have some good beats and the lyrics aare perfect for a pothead. I even went to a couple of their shows. They sorta just piss me off now. It sounds like they have 4 different types of song templates and they create all their songs based on those for. Just listen to all the songs where they incorporate a lot of 'punk' into their songs like 'outcast' 'angry youth' and 'whos the criminal'. They all sound too similar.

Kottonmouth Kings annoy the SHIT outta me. Okay, so you like weed; I do too, but you don't have to make an entire album in which every single song is about the ganj. The novelty totally wears off after 3-4 songs, and then it's just annoying. Not to mention as musicians, they are so mediocre and uninnovative.

Then again, I really can't dig the whole "420/Stoner" subculture, as much as I love the herb

All I know is these guys a getting paid to rap about what they love. How many of you can say that. . . Plus the make valid points, their not like some artists that just support it by saying "I'm so high". . .

Their music has gotten really soft, but their last album showed alot of signs for hope. There whole image is wild, But yeah there just sporting the OC style, which right now I got to say sucks. It's a wannabee LA style that they need to move on from. . .

i mean its just linkin park is soo bad. i dunno any other way to put it. I admit when the first cd came out i listened to it for a little while and thought it was decent at the time, but it old fast and i grew out of that shit a looong time ago. I cant keep listening to music thats structured the same with the same corny lyrics over and over again for the rest of my life. On the other hand if they seem to work for then by all means, do what you gotta do.
