Canobie Lake Park in New Hampshire... it's got an amazing antique wooden roller coaster called the Yankee Cannonball.
Best one i've been on was Rita at alton towers. 0- 125 MPH in 2.5 seconds. Bloody good ride. Although i had to wait for 2 flaming hours for a 30 second ride. But my shit, it's so damn fast - my face peeled off lol!

8 flags, Kings Island, Cedar Point or you can ride the coasters and thrill rides in Vegas. The ones on the Stratosphere are crazy and fun.

Great America here in the Silicon Valley is pretty good. I actually went there this past Sunday. They've got this thing called the skyflyer. They'll put you in this harness/suit thing, attach a cable to your back, they lift you up about 200' off the ground, then they drop you. Since the cable is attached to a point that's out in front of you it's basically a giant swing. You come swooping down face first(like you're flying) to a point about 6" from the ground, then back again. Totally crazy.

There is also a good roller coaster at the state line of California and Nevada. I say it is good..well...it is ok. It is steep as fuck, but it is wooden and I dont like how those ride. Just, too rough.
Also Knotts has some Ok roller coasters too.
Disney lands coasters are pretty weak..
the only good ride is Indiana Jones and now Space Mountain has the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

I love it there too for some reason. It was better when younger, but they been adding stuff, so it's still fun (especially high). The Turkish Twist has to be one of a kind right? That shit's weird as hell. And the Tea Party is pretty good after a hot day, especially standing on the bridge lol.
It's much better than Busch Gardens in Tampa though, that place sucked.
And I went to 1 in KC which was pretty good. It had the Mamba, took like 15 minutes to get to the top.

the greatest amusement park ive ever been to is islands of adventures in orlando. Now... there are only 2 rollercoasters there but have the most technologically advanced rides there, it is fucking insane. For example on of the rollercoasters, dueling dragons, you can either ride the fire or ice dragon and they start both coasters at the same time and there are many close calls throughout the entire ride. Its soooo bad ass!!
