drug test help

Hey...I'm new here, whats up?

anyway quick question, i hadnt smoked for months and this weekend i went to go smoke and someone called the cops on us...we got away ok and everything but i have a physical checkup in a week a took about 3 hits... Do i need to worry about it showing up and if so...anysuggestions for getting rid of the little bit thats in my system.
