help on moving my (young) babies please

I know it is bad for the plant to be diturbed/transplanted at such a young age (one WEEK!) but I was wondering if there are any safe/less shocking techniques of moving a young plant...each one of the plants (I have four needed to be moved) has the first four leaves present...and the area that I have them growing is about to be dug up by my mom, so she can plant her garden. I have till wednesday before she does this...so I need help fast!

Is your mother ok with the plants? maybe she can make room for them.
If she's not ok with the plants.. then you shouldn't be growing on the property.

my mom is cool with me growing...she just doesn't know that I am starting off on our property...which by the way has perfect conditions and would never be spotted...but still, I dunno what she'd say/do. I think it's best I leave them be.
