Well ive been growing for 7 years now and as long as u dont talk about it on the phone or have traffic coming to your house and not affiliated with street gangs you can be pretty well safe and have good relations with your neighbors.

Yah i'm coming up from Ja, me and the gf are thinking about either AB or ON.... AB economy is extremly good so that might be our first choice. We are currently looking at houses, so it might be a few months before we get all our ducks inline. Where are U fishman ?? LOL i guess somewhere near the sea ....

You're going to be shocked as to how much the police up here actually do not care about pot. For as long as I have lived up here (all my life), I have never heard of anyone in my city getting arested for possesion of small amounts of marijuana.

Ohhhhh canada we stand on guard forrrrr theeeeeee

Jamaica man nope im in Manitoba i work in a fish plant hence the name, anyway i think Alberta is your best oppurtinuty for a job because they are screaming for anyone to work there. But it is extreamly hard to find someplace to live but if i was to move thats the place i would go.Do u have any skills?what kind of job are u looking at?

I have a CET degree and i also did a one year Aircraft Skin and Structure course at NAIT..but TC gave me a hard time with security stuff in the aviation industry... Jobs shouldnt be too hard to get, i lived there for a year. Its freaking cold though. We have a few realtors looking and so far there are two places that we like ...so me and the gf are coming up for a few weeks to check them out when she gets back,i must say realestate price is getting pretty crazy in AB, i might end up doing some house flipping.

Yeah its crazy prices but u will find a job up their anyway. Its too cold up here bro but what can u do right. But your best bet is to buy a house then u can grow ur own and maybe sell enough to help out with the payments. But Alberta is a nice place to raise a family though pretty safe depending on what area u live in.Peace

Things have been slack on cannabis for a long time thanks to the Liberals, who have more or less been in power since the 60s. Now that Harper's New Conservatives are in charge, they are promising to step up the war on drugs. Increased penalties for growers and more money to law enforcement to catch them. It will get worse here unless Harper gets voted out soon. So, lay low, and stay safe. Tell no one.

id highly suggest bc, its the warmest of all canada, it also has the best bud nd most relaxed cops about smoking.
