Should a fan be runed constantly?

Ok i have a setup and i was wondering, I have my plants in a pretty closed area there is only about 2 good size holes for my plants to get fresh air should i leave a fan in there running 24/7?? Will it help with growing? I am growing hydroponicaly.

If your entire ventilation is only 2 holes, you should put duct-booster fans in them, one pointing in, one out, to keep exchanging air ALL the time.

my opinion is yes 24X7. Also, two holes is not enough vent without an intake and outlet fan.

i have always run 24hrs with ll my fans, i mean i cant sleep without them on.

i am one of the few that enjoy that 600CFM noise all night :D
