Basically what I did was...
1. Mix in about 2 spoons of Nestle Milo Chocolate mix into a cup of milk
2. Put the cup of milk inside the microwave. I warmed it up for about 2-3 mins
3. Put in a tablespoon worth weed (powder worth)
4. Stir and and let it rest for awhile
Drink finally. I like to watch the stem coming out from the cup. I should experience the effects later on during the day. peace ;)
PS: the nestle milo has about 12% of fat if prepared. Along with the milk, I think the effects should be pretty good. I wonder if anyone has done this method.

One question is it usually better to put the weed in a boiler with some milk and let me heat for a few mins or should u heat up the milk first then insert the cannabis?

It didnt work. All I felt was a bit of an upset stomach.. I think I know why I didnt feel the effects..
I am not going to use the microwave anymore to do that. Instead I should of used a boiler, insert the milk and the powder form cannabis into the boiler. Stir the milk laced with cannabis in the boiler for like 10 mins under low medium then use a strainer and drain the milk into a cup or glass to get rid of the left over cannabis. Then insert the chocolate powder into the milk, stir let it simmer for 15 mins then drink...

I didn't think it would work considering you need a certain amount of heat for a certain amount of time in order to activate the THC.

This time I used a boiler I sprinkled about less than a gram of cannabis into the boiler along with the milk. (Pleasent smell by the way) For about 10-15 mins I then used a strainer to extract the plants from the drink, after I putted in some nestle milo. I let it rest for awhile and started to drink it. Even tho I mixed in the chocolate powder it seems that I can taste the herbs .

According to my knowledge, that method should works, and I certainly hope it does. Throw up a post to let us know.

unless you got a lot of weed to use I'd say that its a waste of time doing it. I say just roll up a spliff, or use a vaporizer. I was not happy with the results....
