but i know it could be a sign of something bad.... (keep in mind i'm pretty sure this is not an std.... a county doc told me that's what i had a good while ago and treated me for it, and it didn't help.. not helped it but came back, didn't help period.)
ok, this only happens after getting off (masturbation, head, or fucking) and it's not all the time, only somtimes.... i get this burning sensation, but it's not in my dick, it's like actually deep inside my bladder... and it's starting to worry me.... tonight out of the middle of nowhere it hit me like a ton of bricks and it's never been this bad... i literallly dropped to the floor and layed there for 5 minutes... the only thing that made me get up that soon was i was in the middle of cooking and i HAD to get back up to atleast turn it off....
i can't describe the pain i was in... i'm pretty sure i know what std's feel like... and i have been treated for them before (as i said, the treatment failed and this was a county doc... actually an institutional doc, so i doubt she even diagnosed me right)
i've had this problem for years now... and up til tonight, i'ts only been an aggervation... not a crippling pain.

Not sure, hun. You'd need to go back to another doctor. Sounds like it could be deep within your urethra instead of your bladder, especially since you say it happens after you get off, and men have urethral spasms when that happens. A urologist would need to address the problem. That deep pain/burning problem also happens when you have a kidney stone that's moved along the urinary tract and is hurting you. But that's not usually something that's after-sex connected.
Can you connect it with any other incident? Like maybe it happens when you might be dehydrated? Or when you've used specific substances of some kind?

Sounds like it could be Gonorreah (sp?). If it burns while you urinate, it's a good chance.
What I'm thinking though is a kidney stone. That's a calcium build up in your system I think, and it's a small, piece of white calcium that unfortunatly, forces itself into the bladder, then out the penis. It can be removed with a hose going up your dickhole to suck it out, but either or, it's an uncomfortable, painful removal.
I would suggest going to the doctor though. You have nothing to be embarrased about as they see things like this daily.
An STD though? I thought you could only get those if your partner or someone you sleep with has an infection...? If your wife doesn't have any STD's, and you use protection, you shouldn't have got one.
STD's can be cured though if caught early enough, so I would suggest going to the doctor, tell him/her what has been happening, and they will probably take some blood, do some tests on you quick, to find out. Even ask for an STD's test.
Good luck.

I had this happen to me before, but not as frequently or painfully as you describe it.
Have you been having relations with someone else? That's when it always happens to me.
I would see an urologist. I'm pretty sure they'll have answers for you.

well... i think it's a kindey stone..... as you can see i fit one of the risks very well...
first young to mdidle aged MEN, people who live in hot places, and over use of antacids (i have bad acid reflux, i take alot of antiacids...)

I have had something like this happen to me after sex or jackin it, I never payed much attention to it. Usually went away after I take a hot shower, but mine never hurt as bad as you say. If it is kidney stones you will probably get some wicked good pain killers so there is still something positive

Not likely on the pain killers. It's transient pain rather than permanent, even if it is bad.
I've had two kidney stones myself, the most recent of which was last month. They always tell me the same thing. Move around as much as possible instead of staying still. The movement helps them pass better than staying still does. Drink a lot of water. Wait for them to pass through. If it's big enough that it's causing pain, you know exactly when it leaves your body because you can feel it every inch of the way until it does, and you can usually see it in the toilet afterwards (they're fairly small). You can feel it in your entire urinary tract as it moves through, and the sensation changes as it progresses.
Give up on the antacids for the reflux and take Pepcid AC or Prilosec or something better than the calcium-based stuff. They counteract acid production better anyway by blocking its formation instead of treating it once it's already there. They told me iced tea (which I love), spinach, strawberries and chocolate are all kidney-stone-o-genic foods. All of those are things I'd have daily if given the chance. Drink a ton of water, too. That helps to prevent them from forming.

LOL When do they remove it "with a hose going up your dickhole?"
I've never seen a catheter put in to remove kidney stones, they either let them pass naturally; if they're too big they can break the stones into smaller pieces using sound waves while immersed in water- lithotripsy, or in severe (and rare) cases, surgery.
BGs right, check out a urologist... If there's no drainage coming from your urethra, it seems like a good chance it's not an STD.
Are you having/have had lower back pain before the urethral pain?

welll last night, i kept having the pains, and when i'd go to the bathroom it'd hurt like a son of a bitch.... like standing there trying to piss it would hurt and hurt... but i had to keep pushing cuz i had to piss, and i figured it if it is a kidney stone, i'm pretty much gonna have to pass it...
happened a few times before going to bed... when i woke up, i didn't hurt anymore... but i wsa sore after the searing pain went away.. (after the initial attack, for a good 20 mins or so i didn't have to piss when i went to piss i felt that pain again....)
anyways, i dunno for sure what it was, but i'm glad i'm passed that pain atleast from last night... it sucked  i've never been in so much pain i collapsed... like i fell outtta the attic onto a hardwood floor ass first, and even after that i could get up and run around and scream... this completely immobolized me...

yeah i was thinking either something like a kidney stone, or maybe even gallstones (in your gallbladder). My sister had it and sounds similar to what your describing when you have to pee.

maybe you should go to the doc man that doesnt sound too good

Gallstones wouldn't really hurt as much when you urinate, though... Just random sharp pains in your lower abdomen.

Upper mid-epigastric, actually, for gallstones. Been there. Done that. Hurts up higher than you'd think--almost right under the sternum, and that's fairly standard.
Yeah, gallstones wouldn't cause urethral pain. They'd cause after-greasy-foods pain.
