Anyone ever tried this or have a link to some info on this? I wonder how it would compare, tastewise and saturated fat wise, to a typical canola or peanut oil?

Not neccessarily worried about thc or a high, not CANNAoil - I'm talking about hemp oil, pressed seeds to make oil.. just wanted to see if there was a more natural source for me to feel better about killing myself with deep fried goods =D

it's an idea... but weed would have to be legal to ever see it... cuz that shit would have to be maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaas produced to keep an economy of it going.

Hemp seed oil is available in most health food stores, but it is quite pricey! It is high in Omega-3 and tastes OK from what I've read. I don't know how good it would be for frying, but some folks use it in salad dressing. The best oil for frying is peanut oil- it doesn't smoke like most oils. - Granny:hippy:
