What is there to know? I'm guessing it's the same as other waterfalls; cut a hole in the bottom, load bowl, fill/cover hole, light, release.

get a sobe and find the notch around the bottom, smash into it with a screw driver or somethin, and then put a bowl into the cap. fill the bottle with water (with finger over the hole you made) fill the bowl, put the cap on, put a lighter to the bowl, and let go of the hole your covering so taht water comes out. it vaccumes the smoke into the bottle
