as you can see im new to this forum, i was just googling herb and somehow i found this site :)

I am 16 and ive been smokin herb for about a year and a half now
pretty much fell in love with it immediatly, I have learned so much about bud over this time, but i still have lots and lots to learn and hopefully i can pick up some tips here ;)


Board seems very friendly, and loads of knowledge to be found here, glad to be apart of this community :smokin:


P.S. I have a court date May 21st for paraphernalia
any advice on whether or not ima be tested would be awesome!
dont wanna have probation, any tips would be greatly appreciated

If this is your first offense for anything, most likely, you won't get tested. You probally will do some diversion program instead of pro.

well i would check your local laws to see what they might do.

odds are you will have to pay a small fine and attend some sort of 8 hour council ling class. but thats probably all

same thing happened to me when i was 16, got the old p and p. since ur 16 im sure the same thing will happen to you. you will have to see a social worker once a month to see how you are doing and if you are staying away from drugs n all that good stuff. its called a DPA for Deferred Prosecution Agreement, which basically means if you comply for the 6month period, they will erase it from your record when you turn 18. nothin to worry about :) just be extra careful next time. i know its hard, but try not to smoke herb while ur driving around with ur buddies. thats how alot of ppl get busted. including me (twice)
