Sharing your weed...

If you have a buddy or two that you always smoke with, and you always smoke eachother out when one of you has weed and one doesn't, do you think it's cool to ask them to spare you a joint or two, when you're dry and they're not? I think it's cool, as long as you've smoked them out in the past, or you've done it for them.. But a few guys I know (casual acquaintances, not my friends) ask people all the time when they're dry, and then when the table's turned they wouldn't even think about returning the favour.. So what's the deal, is it cool or not?

Edit: I only ask because I'm bone-fuckin-dry, and my mate just scored a big, fat ounce.. For the first time I'm going to be the guy asking, not the guy giving. :wtf:

Personally, that's not my style.
I just don't want to feel like a beggar, ya know?
I mean, I think it would be perfectly reasonable to go over and see if he offers to smoke you up, which would be proper if you do the same for him... I just wouldn't be like, hey, can I roll a couple spliffs for the road?

Not my style either. If i made myself dry why would i ask others for weed to smoke. Next time don't smoke that extra couple bowls with your friend and you have enough to get by.

But no, i don't ask, i'll go without. As for people who ask, almost always a NO. Unless family or best friends.

i always share mine with my smoking friends and they always share with me, so that way everyone is stoned :)

If you guys are constantly smoking each other out and you think your friend won't get a bad impression and will be cool with it, then sure, go ahead.

There's a few people I always smoke out, if I had some extra I'd loan it to 'em.

Yeah....thats how me and all my friends are. In fact..you don't even have to ask for weed..just say you're out..and everyone is handing you nugs. :) It rocks. However, I do have a few friends that take advantage of the fact that I am such a stoner and they assume I always have weed and want me to smoke them out. I used to, now I just tell them if they want some I could sell it to them.

But most of my friends, especially my good friends...are always handin' out the nugs and keepin' eachother stoned.

I don't mind getting smoked up when I don't have shit, because when I do I don't mind sharing, sometimes I'll only have picked up 1.7gs and it almost gone smoking 4 of my friends up. I just hate when people say, well we should smoke another one when they haven't weed/don't smoke me up. and then is trying to snag a high.

with my friends its "what goes around comes around" who evers got the $/herbs that week gets everyone stoned....then ill do it whenever i got the herbs.. iv gone weeks without buying the herbs and been stoned off my ass everyday. with my friends we dont care at all. just last night i got totally wrecked off my buds weed and even when he droped me off i asked for a nug for the morning. was no prob to ask him either. been like this for years and iv had the same friends for years so its like there my brothers.

I don't mind sharing in the least; wtf, I grow more than I could ever smoke and think it's great to smoke up my straight-laced friends.... hahaha they are so cute when they're stoned...
But they also have very good manners and won't come around looking for a handout.
The nearest they'll get is asking to buy a bit, and even though they know that I won't let them give me a penny, it's still just this little ritual we have.
I just gave one of my girlfriends may last eighth of brick just because I was sick of looking at it now that I'm back in homegrown.

I have a couple good friends that I have smoked with for YEARS and we toss eachother buds all the time if someones outta loot or can't find trees. Then again none of us are schisty and take advantage of it. Once in awhile is ok, every week is bullshit.

No friends call me if I have weed, it's probably because they know I wont answer the phone. If I need to get some weed I'll call them and we'll smoke a few bowls. Unless I am invited to smoke, I'm usually smoking by myself or not smoking at all.

And I always pay back.
Or my lil bro will say "get five/ten bucks and I'll make it worth your while"
and he always does.
If my best friend has enough to share, and I make it clear I'm in need of a smoke, she usually helps me out.
On the weekends, me and her smoke up everyone who comes over, usually for free of for 5 bucks.
If you don't have 5 bucks, you're an asshole. ;)
Especially since we usually spend around 150$ each friday.

My friends and I taek turns, but for the most part, if I buy an O, I'll usually just give about 1/4 or 1/3oz away for free to friends in need...
