we started spring practice today in full pads. actually pretty fun gettin to beat the shit outta people but the fuckin helmet gives u such a headache and bruises ur head until u get used to it... weak

I never had that problem, but my scalp was sore a lot from my hair being pulled by the padding in the helmet.

damn we usually didnt go full pads til we were used to our helmets and shit... wed have sort of a training/conditioning thing first with our helmets on...
then we would go to full pads and god damn i loved that shit, so fun...

yea we only had our helmets on for one day before we put on full pads and the reason the helmets hurt is cuz they pump air into them so they are tight on ur head and dont fly off. and softball is pretty cool reb... i play baseball. but some kids were bein twats and after a 2 hour practice we had to run "the hill" hella weak... all fun and worth it tho:thumbsup:

It's LAX season still. I never had to do the spring stuff because of Lacrosse. But god damn I miss football. I don't miss 2 sometimes 3-a-days every weekday in the summer, but I do miss lining up across from some fat ass center and guard and splitin' the double team and meeting the running back as he gets the ball and blowin' up the play. As much as I love football, I think Lacrosse is the most fun to play. Plus you can play after high school if your not good enough for college ball unlike football, I am in a club league now and love it.

Ugh I'm getting back into summer shape myself... My shoulders are sore and sunburnt from kayaking... my ass hurts from my fucking bike seat... my hands are blistered from yard work.
But if you drink enough beer you don't notice these things.
So have some beer... :D
