My dad and his back!

I smoke the herb whenever available, i live out of my house but still in the same city as my dad...Now my dad is the straitest guy i know, doesn't drink a drop of alchohol and has never done any sort of drugs except for all the bullshit pain relief his doctors perscribe...I wanna say "hey dad since your back is so bad and you can't sleep at night maybe you should smoke some weed"...however this advice will probably reveal that i smoke weed and i wouldn't want him upset with me. But honestly ive heard so many stories of people suffering from cronic pain and MJ was the only think that relieved their pain enough to allow them some damn rest.. My dad is also a clever mother fucker so i run the risk of him drawing me into a trap like having me go get some for him and them him beating my ass.

If you already live outside of the house I don;t see any reason why your dad knowing you smoke should be a problem. I say you go for it and offer him some pot.... i really think it will help.

Oh...well still you're your own man now. If you smoke that should be your choice, not his. He could kick you out if he doesn't agree with your opinion n the issue. but co'mon, You're his son, he probably wouldn't do that.

Just suggest it like, "Dad, a lot of people get pain relief from cannabis, you know, when nothing else words. Give it some thought." You could also show him some of the medicinal cannabis info from the NORML site or Erowid. That way you plant the idea in his head, provide him with balanced information instead of just your own personal pro-cannabis stance, and you still maintain your own privacy. At least you can tell yourself that! My guess is that if your dad's as sharp as you say he is, he probably knows more than you think. . . .

my dadds back is really fucked he has had about 8 procedures done and nothing seems to fix the cluster of discs all jammed together...he hurt it trying to catch a falling fridge from a truck...thats some pretty baller shit....a little foolish but that fridge didnt touch the fuckin ground.

tough 1 laid,somehow he has to have a hit to see if it would work,but if it does you know he will thank you and open his eyes to your choise to smoke,but if hes that straight you might cause offence,but either way i think you should try,it will take alot more than weed to break a father son relationship.good luck!

im not worried about the relationship but the problem is that i dont wanna move out of my kick ass house....i like it and its a great deal. ive also got a small growbox which would not go over well...

if he kicks you out where you going to go??? back home??he wont kick you out,he would of just had his first great night sleep in a long while,he will be hassiling you for your stash,if it relieves his pain you will only get thanks.
