When to Plant/Into what?

hey everybody im startin my first grow this season and i just started germinating 10 old bagseeds (nothing special :( ). but 3 have sprouted since yesterday.

but anyways, i was wondering how long should the sprouts be from the seed before i put them into the soil?

also what type of soil should i use when first planting? i got this stuff you see in the pick today. is that any good? im planning to put them into a few 4 inch pots first. (i am growing outdoors in pots)

i just cracked the seeds in water, and with them just having a little root, i put them in organic miraclegrow; as of now, 5 out of 6 of my nirvana NL seeds have sprouted and look good and healthy.

standard miraclegrow is not highly reccommended around here; honestly, your questions are so standard, you just need to search

yeah i was lookin at the organic miracle grow. this one said its made with organic compound too. i just didnt wanna get something too strong for the small plants
