play frisbee, get a couple people together and just toss one around. i find its alot more fun to just stand and see how far you can throw it, how many different ways you can throw it etc. or play hacky sack, these are definately stoner games.

anyone ever play thrash? play hacky sack with so many people, kick the sack so many times and grab it after that amount of kicks and throw it at someone. its really fun lol
