Best way to store bud

Hi,we have just dried our first proper crop can anyone advise on the best way to store it and how long can it be stored for, thanks in advance Nightcrewman.

air tight containers in a dark place.but allow it to breath for a little while each day.the longer it is cured (i dry and cure my bud for about 3 months) the better it will taste!

glass jars for me the large coffee jars with the plastic seal,nice way to admire your bud too.:thumbsup:

Freezers are not good for longterm storage. Freezing with the thawing action bursts the cell membranes causing a much faster deterioration of the quality. It's best to keep the flowers cool, dark and dry inside an airtight environment such as fruit/mason jars. Stored like this and the buds will last for years w/o losing flavor or potency...and I have proof!

Air tight glass jars [mason jars] will keep buds for a VERY long time.

But i'd cure it if i was you. The longer you cure it the greyer the bud will get, and a nice greyey greeny bud is the best kind - the chloropyl has been broken down, the taste is perfect, the smoke is smooth on the throat, the aftertaste isnt harsh and the buds should burn extremly well and evenly. You'll also have alot of lovely trichomes so you can collect it when you grind it and make some lovely hash - or just smoke it as it is.
