Can clear light bulb with 150w good for budding?

I got a small box which is now at budding stage. I thought about using a clear 150 watts light bulb for budding. I am using 3 of those light bulbs and two long tubes 20w plants light bulb. Any feedback?

You get what you give. You can make any plant flower under any light but unless you have enough light you can't expect much. Are you talking an incandescent lightbulb, like you use in your house. If so that is not nearly the right spectrum and is very hot. Pick up some sockets and wire up some CFLs.

it's probably a halogen, don't use it, you'll burn your plants and possibly house down.
