what would be the recomended nutes in dwc when seeds are strarted in rockwool?

2 plants
4 gallon dwc
1 hps 150watt
4 cfls day light
2 fls day light

A seedling useely takes ½ strenct of a base NPK (½ TS of grow , micro & bloom pr 1 us Gal of water )

[LOC NAR on probation]

seedling really need nothing but ph'd water the first two weeks and then 1/4 strength nutes. That's what I was told.
