Well you do now. Get a pH tester and get back to us because that is the most crutial(sp?) info by the looks of that plant.

You can let your water set all damn year and it will still be the same minus a little of the added chems from the purification plant. It will not do a thing for PH.

One rule is don't add lime unless you know your pH is already too low... and from what I understand, promix is pre-treated at the factory. If you only have one plant showing, you could have just not mixed your soil evenly.
When is the last time you flushed that plant? IT's time to do it now. Even a flush with plain tap water is a good place to start while you are witing for your pH tester to come in... and the last flush should be with a solution of your fert at 1/4 strength.

flushed it a day ago with 1/4 strength and on the last one added some superthrive... What ever the problem is it has started at the bottom and is working its way to the top of the plant:(

give us an update in like 3 or 4 days. You should start to see some good growth.

aNOTHER REASON ONLY CERTAIN PLANTS ARE AFFECTED COULD BE THAT THEY ARE DIFFERENT STRAINS. mY NORTHERNS ALWAYS SHOW Ph PROBLEMS BEFORE MY aFGHANIS. (SHIT CAPLOCK...MEH...TOO LAZY)

Hey you asked about a tester I use General Hydroponics pH tester. It comes with a little tube for the water and then a dropper of fluid, you add a few drops and check the color with the chart, super easy only like $9. I water around a drain on my white basementy floor so as it drains I drip a drop in the puddle as it flows to monitor my pH.

check this link out as it has pics that you can match up
Marijuana Plant Abuse (http://www.amsterdammarijuanaseedbank.com/Growguides/troubleshootingsolutions/marijuana-plant-abuse.html)
this is what i think it is Affected plants are usually tallest and appear to be most vigorous. Necrotic spots form on lower leaves. Red stems. Leaves appear pale or yellow. Add chemical fertilizer containing K. but if your ph is off it could cuase this aswell by locking up the k in the soil
i got my ph tester from a local pet shop for $8.00 enough for 100 tests
