Thoery on Life and How It Affects Dreams

I would like to start out saying that you must have some previously knowledge of how some of the ideas I place together in my thoery to fully understand it. Seeing the movie "What The Bleep Do We Know" and understanding how our brain creates the emotions that we buzz off daily is a must to fully understand the text below. Also knowing that colors are just like sound waves, but can only be picked up by our eyes, is another idea to understand as well to get the most out of my theory. Below is a theory I placed together randomly knowing gerneral ideas of how amazing occurances happend daily, it is not accurate, but at the same time gives you a logical feeling of what could be possible.

My Theory begins with understanding that our eyes take in waves through the air just like the ears do, but the eyes can pick out more extreme waves than our ears which are color waves. These waves enter in our eyes creating specific emotions(from "What The Bleep Do We Know?") that our brain than produces. These little emotions are than sent throughout the whole body entering specific cells which have been said to be the smallest living concious known to man. This in turn creates that everyday random buzz that we experience through experience itself. Experience could also be put as the process of taking in waves from our Five senses. Like the right key for a lock only specific emotions can enter specific cells. These emotions start from a specific color wave that our eyes pick up which in turn creates that really specific emotion sent to a specific cell. Now I believe that everyday we take in these techincal waves from each of the Five senses that we posses. In the end result all these waves from all Fives senses come together to create truly techincal emotions. All these emotions are stored throughout all our cells each day building up in our body, that is untill we sleep.

I believe the process of sleeping, since our Five senses are cut off, is to start the process of dumping these emotion waves out of a specific number of cells. I believe these emotions go to the part of the brain we call our memory, having dumping out our emotions from our cells is why we get that refreshing feeling in the morning. Cause of less build up of emotions in our body and we are ready to take in new, fresh, emotions. This is also why we have dreams. When we sleep, the Fives senses are shut off while the emotion waves are being reversed out of us. This is pretty much the process of a reverse life if you believe we are all based off emotions taking in by senses from waves. Just like when we are awake, when we are taking in waves/emotions we can picture it in our mind what is going on based off the emotions, we also call this our imagination. Sleeping is just the reverse of that but you are not awake. So our mind is working with all these emotions and creates another reality through our imagination. You could also say people have better imaginations than others because their Five senses are working better at picking up waves creating better, more vivid, emotions. When you're sleeping your imagination is working at its fullest because it is only working with final produced emotions, instead of taking them in at the same time. This allows for full focus creating vivid, life like, realitys.

You've heard before that we have many of dreams a night, but can only remember a few. Why is that? I believe the ones you remember are triggered to the imagination by the strongest and most memorable emotions that you experienced when you were awake. An example from me would be one night my dad was telling me something knocked on his window, he believe it to be something evil because we have had experiences in our house before. Of course than I got a buzz of emotions going through my body that became memorable. So the night after I had a nightmear of coming out of my bathroom and seeing a deamon looking at me, when I saw him he ran off and so did I. Who did I run to? My dad, and than woke up. Getting back on track. I also believe that our memory is based off of stored emotions, when you try and think back on something, you think whith your imagination(which is the process of bringing the fives senses of emotions together logically), trying to create that image to remember in any way.

What happens when we die is obviously an open discussion. There is storys of people who have died and reported seeing god, and others reporting they saw nothing but black. Bring this back to our everyday dreams, sometimes for people is just blank and others they remember specific parts because of memorable emotions. What I'm getting at is the people who see god could possibly be the end result of an emotional worship of him working in your full imagination because you are dead, dead being the final dream. Since worshiping god their whole life and going to church, they have taken in an enormous amount of memorable emotions that they stick with their whole lifes. When they pass away it becomes the ultimate dream in which is of being in heaven because it is what they wanted to believe. For the people who dont take in any memorable enough emotions during their lifes, they see nothing but black, just like in dreams.

I should apoligize cause I should of worded it all out a little more organized, some stuff should be moved closer to other points to make the picture better to understand.

hey acouwaila, appreciate that you took the time to read my post. Yeah my friend had something similiar happen to him the night before friday the 13th, he didnt know the next day was friday the 13th and the night before had a dream of two jasons going at each other. haha

edit: than again maybe you both knew what the next day was, like what was said in What The Bleep Do We Know?, our brain processes 4billiion things at once but we can only recognize 2,000 or so of them...maybe you knew it the whole time if you know what I'm saying...

Your afterlife theory is very similar to something I myself believe. Even if I'd word it slightly different. Very cool.

However, with regards to dreams, I think you're overemphasing the emotional content. Emotions aren't created for us by the waves we experience. Emotions are our personal reactions to that experience.

With regards to remembering, I tend to remember the dreams that I wake up out of, not the ones with the most intense emotions. Maybe you're different.

I'm trying to find ways to not just attack the basic premises of What the Bleep, because honestly I didn't think it was well made, or very sound. It's not that human vision and sensory organs aren't a particular type of miracle, its just that I think they're different than how portrayed.
