Do you think its possible for some people to actually have no fear at all and never be scared of nervous about anything?

I'm sure its possible.
Verrrrry small chance though.
Everyone is scared about something - apart from babies because they know no better. If anyone thinks they are truely fearless - they probably wont live very long.

There is a physiological aspect of fear that you would be at a evolutionarily disadvantage without. Without the flight or fight response that comes with fear we wouldn't be able to respond appropriately to dangers. I thing that ff you don't have that response it would probably be due to a genetic illness. That doesn't mean that some people are more prone to fear than others, or that different things trigger fear in different people. I'm afraid of bugs but not snakes but my friend is afraid of snakes and not bugs (kind of a bad example but it gets the point across). I think that there are some situations where everyone would experience fear, but there are also people who aren't fearful except in the most extreme circumstances.

Anyone who says they have no fears is either a liar or a fool.

Im almost convinced fear is a defense mechanism .
I think it greatly lengthens of lifespan . No fear = damn good chance the given person is either stupid or a fool as previously stated .

i've heard on pcp you have no fear
the same with that marijuana
Babies have no fear because they they know nothing. We learn to be afraid. Otherwise we'd only be afraid if we did those thing - like we'd only be afraid of getting stabbed for example is we got stabbed - but we know it's dangerous - and probably fatal so we dont exact go out asking people to slice and dice us.

Depends on what you consider fear...
I am not afraid of much..
but I also have plenty of common sense.

How about if a baby saw his mother get stabbed, the baby would be very distressed, probably cry, just by seeing this action. It doesn't know what murder is, or right or wrong, but it feels something is wrong. Just thought i'd throw that out there.
Well i would have though only at a certain age - they might sense something but i'm not sure a newly born baby would understand. Maybe after a month or 2. But yes - that's true.
If I didn't fear anything I'd be dead or reaching the pinnacle of success.

Exactly. I watched a show on that once. Like most of us stable minded people, we feel bad if we upset someone, or we feel bad if we lie or steal from soneone we love, but them, they just don't feel it.
Just imagine taking away one of your emotions, like guilt. Killers, like serial killers, don't feel bad when they kill someone. They just don't care because, they don't feel anything.
I was going to say a mentally handicapped person. They just walk around grinning without a care in the world. I can't imagine they have much of an emotion meter.
