O.K. So my 4/20 project is almost complete, and it is time to begin consintrating on my clone. It has gotten nice and tall, so I desided to cut 4 more clones. Here they are in the pictures. . .

I plan of flowering them as soon as they start showing signs of rooting and growth. I promissed a friend that I would cut them a clone so one more will be coming off the mother clone. Also, I am in the process of building a Veg cab for my mother clone and any other seedlings that need a home, so keep an eye out for that. . .

So check out my Tee Pee cab I made. . .LOL, I think it's great, I am going to use it to house a clone while in my closet while I am in 12/12 with the rest of the plants. Again there is no vent for the cab so I hope the clone can go for twelve hours at a time without much air. It's like the only way to keep things in one closet, and thats just how things need to be at the moment. . .

hehe im sure they can go without air just wave some newspaper at them now and then.. hey what light is that? if its cfl you got no problems if its something else you should get a fan because clone ( so i predict ) is the most fragile time for a plant and it need everything right or it dies from any kind of stress.. i dont clone i find it strange... i dont like hydrolics eighter.. im against experimentation with living organism type stuff... man hydraulics is freaky tubes and bubles and shit.. :weedpoke:

Yeah, I only grow in soil. I only use CFL's during vegatative growth. I plan on letting them breath everytime the day cycle starts. I will have a fan on everything outside the tee pee.lol. But bro cloning is where it's at. It's not experamenting, it's continuing the plants life. Especially when you don't have anymore seeds of a certain strain. Like my case, I plan on growing some seedlings soon to try to get a male to knock one of these lovely ladies up. Plus, why always start from a seed. . .and when you say "hydrolics", do you mean "Hydroponics". That's a great way to grow, but it's not for everyone. It's not for me.

Cloning rules! If you have a really killer phenotype which you cloned before flowering, then you have saved a genetic copy of that plant by cloning it, then you can use it as a mother and u'll have saved that phenotype.

Cloning has soooo many other uses!

Oh and its spelt hydroponics.......if you werent jokin ;) LoL

FreeVenice, dont think your plant sittin in stale air for 12 hours will do it any good , it might die i think.

Right after I go to Home Depot for some things. I just need a few more lights. Before I begin I am going to cut 2 more clones. One, is for a friend, and the other is to start another mother clone. I am going to be taking a risk in assuming that my clone will survive. I think it will I have had a good amount of luck lately with the girl *knock on wood*. . .

Also, I plan on growing out a male to knock my girl up for future children to join me on my travels. . .

Uh ya, it's been a while. I have been kinda sick so i haven't really felt up to much. I'll try to get some pics. up for ya soon. . .

I used a Take Root powder. All you do is cut the top, put it in water for a bit, dip the stem in the powder, toss it in some soil, water, and your set. You will notice growth within 3 days. If you want to kinda rush it, and I think help the clone stay strong. Just get a razor and cut little notches in the stem before you put it in the powder. I feel it helps alot in the clones survival. . .I have only lost one so far, and that is because it was in a shot glass. . .

I tossed my veg into the 12/12 closet, right after I cut another clone. Things are loooking good, but I need more light. I wish i had the money to set up a cab, but I had to buy a new laptop because the other one broke. . .

its not that bad at all! just a slight over fert - you can tell by how some of the leaf tips are slightly curling under. nothing to worry about but you may want to feed them on a low based N feed or just back off on the nutes for awhile. medium as in soil - what your plants are growing in! :)

I think they are curling like that because of the heat coming off the light. I will just use water for a while and see what changes. One of my flowering clones is going though some shit right now. i don't know what is wrong with it so I just flushed and now I am going to cut back on the watering. I wish i had taken a pic. The leaves are wilting and turning a darker green, with burns on the top of the leaves. . .

yea dark green leaves are an indication of to much nitrogen the soil a good flush should sort it out! :)

Hey Venice can I ask where did you get those things from that you have your CFL's in? I need some of those for my next grow because I'm gonna have clones and I need some different lights so I'm gonna use some CFL's.

My cfl's are hanging with clamp lights, and a double socket. All of which you can find at a major hardware store like Osh, Home Depot, True Value, ect. . .

I need help with this one. I flushed it like 2 days ago, and now I am just feeding with straight water. Does anyone have some suggestions? Do you think it will just grow out of it? Is it just a lost cause now???

I'm no expert by any stretch of the imagination, but I think the leaves that were already damaged will remain that way until they die and fall off. Early in my plants lives I cooked the shit out of the top set of leaves with heat, 2 weeks later and those leaves are still there. The parts that were cooked are good and dead, the small parts, like yours, that weren't cooked, are still alive.
Again, I think your in the clear in terms of further damage, providing you got your nutes and such in order, the plant should recover for future growth. There's enough green left to live on, but it might be pretty stressed out and growth might suffer.

OK, so I don't know wtf happen, but it looks like one of my clones got hit by a plague. I open my closet today and its all shribbled and looking like it's on the verge of disinagration. . .

So i cut, i cut it down before anything worst could happen. I say i got like an 1/8 to salvage from it. I really have no clue what happen. My guess is that the heat got to it. I'm thinking that it got way to hot for the roots and it just couldn't take anymore. . .

So the big girl was cut up today, not to much off here. i'm cutting her early because she obtained an injury that I think put a major hold on growth. i dropped a lamp on it. . .lol. i'd say shes good for like a little more than a half Z. . .

:icon401:It has been a real long time since i have made my way to this site. brings back alot of good memories. . .

As for the grow, life got a little hecktick. i was able to harvest and everything came out fine. got like 2oz, it was koo not to much to brage about though.

currently, I got 3 vegs and two flowering, one from my original strain and the other is the seedling shown earlyer. . .good times, still got issues with heat and ph but w/e.

I will soon be moving to another state and i do not know about a continuation, but their are seeds and clones ready for the trip.:icon401:


Alot of things have changed around here and i am not sure if i want to continue posting logs, but I will for sure remain a member.
