Setting up help

Just getting started and need help for first attempt. I have cannabis grow bible for help.

1) I have two options for indoors a)5 ft x 8 ft spare room in garage but am concerned about temperature control and ventilation (will be in 30-40's winter)
b)closet in spare bedroom about 11/2 ft x 6 ft

2)soil vs hydroponics? I'm thinking about buying a set that includes 6 plants hydro and an 400 hps light for $400.

3) where to get seeds? i've looked at mark emery site, should i just buy $40 or spend more?

My goal is to get enough weed for personal use, I live in Louisiana and have no connections to buy here

Hey man if its for your pesonal consume i would love to help you!
1 i would go for the closet, you can control the temperature much more
2 if its your first time i would say go for soil, i belive hidroponycs is a lit more difficult
3 www.seedsdirect.to www.buydutchseeds.com www.highgrade-seeds.com andthere are some others you can check around the forums, in seeds and strains, also youll recive more posts with different companies, dont be cheap with your seed expenses, but also dont get riped off... if you know what i mean.. just dont get anything from www.nirvana-shop.com i had a terrible experience with them

listen newby, go to heavens stairway canada, Way cheaper. Go with short, fast flowering indica. Northern lights. Hydro produces alot more bud way faster. PH is critical.
