Anxiety disorders, headaches, relieve symptoms of nausea.
Some website, I can't remember which, had a good prediction, saying that "Marijuana will become the Advil of the 21st century".

In California the law reads "... any medical condition for which marijuana provides relief". When prop 215 was on the ballot the Atty General in California said "If this law passes then people could get pot for a hang nail"...
glaucoma, arthritis, anxiety, nausia, anorexia, pain, depression, bi-polar disorder... there's more.
back spasms hasn't been listed.
