Its not a secret that Bone Thugs N Harmony have the best weed songs. Not only are there a ton of them, but they are consistently good with good beats and verses. It also helps that all the members' solo albums have got weed songs too.

ya there good, modern day funky stuff like that is made by the RZA and his mass produced crew, they all got their own thing goin alot of songs to look into, nice ligical funky rhythmed rap instead of alot of the commercail bs they got nowdays
