What's the easist way to flash/update BIOS?

most important thing is you must be 100% sure of your motherboard model and current bios version so you can insure your replacing the bios with a suitable version.

there is no easyest way really, there just the correct way

if your mobo is MSI, they heve a nifty online upgrade service at thier website here MSI -- MICRO-STAR INT'L CO., LTD. (http://global.msi.com.tw/index.php?func=html&name=liveupdate_star)

makes the job a bit more simple, maybe other mobo manufacuturers have a simmilar utility?

I don't have a floppy drive either...I need to find a DOS program that will do it.

You could just buy a floppy drive, if you can find one and it'll fit in your case, they're only about $20.

im sure if you try you can scrounge a floppy drive for free even, with all the obscelete 386's and 486's floating about, could try your local dump/refuse center for starters....
