How to use various tools for smoking?

I know how to smoke with joint, pipe & bowl because the methods were sort of self explanatory when I saw them. However I don't know how others are used.

For example, I've never smoked with a bong, vaporizer, hookah, and whatever else is out there. Can somebody tell me how they are used, and how they work?

in the future take it one at a time and be specific....no one is really going to sit here and list all of them where as i'm sure if you just asked one at a t ime people would be more inclined to explain it. and always do stuff like that on google and if that still doesn't explain it to you then ask...
